Localized and scaled the Consult with Google program in Southeast Asia, with a key focus in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

The Consult with Google initiative is a special offering targeted at startups in Southeast Asia with little to no prior engagement with Google in specific product areas.

It allows key office holders in high-potential startups to have an opportunity to have a dedicated 1:1 consultation relationship with a Googler expert to understand more about Google's product offering and see if it may be a good fit to help the startup grow and expand their business.

As a g2g Coach, I help Googlers learn how to save time, do better work, and be more confident about themselves so that they can thrive in their roles and improve their performance reviews.

The Google for Startups (GfS) Accelerator: Southeast Asia (SEA) is a three-month online accelerator program that aims to help tech startups build solutions with Google technology to solve the region’s biggest challenges.

As a Startup Success Manager, I partner with over 50 mentors and industry experts to understand and address business challenges faced by the founders and their teams of the 15 participating startups. Additionally, I also introduced various employee engagement and performance management frameworks to the founders to help them build a conducive company culture and improve overall employee satisfaction.

This is the first-of-its-kind accelerator program organized by the Google for Startups organization, and its success had served as a reference model for subsequent accelerator programs in the region.

Designed to accelerate our partner's adoption of Google's display and video advertising products, I help unlock multi-million media investments for Google from our customers by ensuring seamless in-market operations for deal creation and implementation.

- Formed and led a cross-functional team to launch new incentive program updates in APAC to 200+ regional and local stakeholders, spanning across sales, finance, legal, compliance, and strat-ops teams

- Developed a deal operations playbook for local sales teams to decentralize operational dependencies and scale support efforts sustainably

- Provided partner-centric insights to improve global incentive program design through comprehensive post-mortem analyses 

- Experimented with various content delivery methods (e.g. video walkthrough, live training, office hours) to improve the effectiveness of internal training and new user onboarding sessions

Media Incentive Systems & Analytics Lead that aims to build technical capabilities among sales & cross-functional teams, as well as providing actionable insights on the effectiveness of the global media incentives program for APAC.

- Revamped reporting metrics of media incentive programs to improve visibility of the programs' effectiveness to regional and global stakeholders

- Designed, planned, and conducted live training sessions to address procedural pain points and ambiguities to improve deal operations and user know-hows

Strategic Business Analysis for Go-To Market Strategy, APAC:

Supports the improvement of market strategies and sales incentive programmes with the objective of driving growth in the sales of Google's Display & Video advertising solutions in APAC. Informative & actionable insights are communicated to regional & country account managers via programme performance dashboards and accountability reports created with SQL and in-house data analytical tools. Feedback about the programme's strengths and operational pain-points are frequently collected through regular syncs with sales and business development teams, which are then translated into strategies to improve the appeal and effectiveness of the programme to achieve its objectives.

Sales Ops Support and Contracts Specialist:

Works closely with regional and country sales and agency teams to ensure the smooth transition of deal negotiations from pitch planning to contract implementation. Together with Compliance, Legal and Sales Finance teams, contractual errors are highlighted and reconciled to prevent downstream complications and potential losses after the execution of the contract.
