Hey, I'm Tesha, a seasoned Designer with over a 15-year journey shaped by a deep understanding of psychology and human behavior and a passion for accessible and inclusive design with a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise.
My work spans a wide range of industries and products, including web design, brand strategy, social platforms, e-commerce, startups, experiential, and digital product innovation, contributing to a holistic skill set that I'm eager to share.
I firmly believe in the power of mentorship and am deeply committed to mentoring aspiring designers, particularly focused on supporting Black Women in tech and People of Color. My desire is to amplify diverse voices and foster growth within our tech community.

- Mentorship Session (30 min): No matter if you are considering a career in tech, just starting from a boot camp, are a seasoned designer or are somewhere else on your design journey, sometimes you have questions about the interview process, technology applications, career pivoting into product design/tech, enrolling in a UX design boot camp, portfolio reviews, sanity check-ins, for example, discussing your experience as a Black or Person of Color designer on a team or company, etc. I am always open to discussing anything that will add value to your career, professional decisions, and overall career growth.
