Hi! I’m Thalith, a Brooklyn-based experience designer, researcher, and strategist with over 15 years of experience creating human-centered products.
Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with a range of organizations—from startups to government entities and global brands like the Department of Veterans Affairs, Roche, American Express, Lucasfilm, Crayola, and Chobani. In every role, my focus has been on transforming ideas into impactful, user-centered products and services.
Most recently, I spent over two years at JPMorgan Chase, where I worked on the Small Business team, bringing new products to market. Before that, I spent over five years with 1stDibs, a luxury online marketplace, enhancing services for sellers, interior designers, and architects.
