• Lead product development & operations for BeDee, a mobile telemedicine platform in Thailand.
• Implement data tracking tools, qualitative research methods, and experimental practices to foster a data-driven culture.
• Manage a diverse team of 60+ members, including product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and clinical operation specialists.

Lead a multinational team of 40 members, consisting of product managers, UX/UI designers, software developers and QA engineers, on the mission to innovate a world-class and highly-scalable SaaS video conference platforms (web and mobile applications). Our platform has been trusted by enterprises, SMEs and education sectors.

In 2022, we successfully drove organic growth while other giant players were struggling with post-pandemic declining MAU .

Identify new business opportunities, create strategy for supply acquisition at scale, ensure smooth & optimized API connections with global hotel partners and enhance operation toward efficiency and effectiveness. Also, work with product management & development teams for API connection development.

I was invited to be a startup coach for True Incubation program.
My role is to give consultation and  share experience to 5 qualified startups in order to help them ramp up their businesses in True Incube batch 5 program.

At the time I joined LINE, we have a huge user base in Thailand, and we wanted to grow vertically by offering more services to Thai people.

Given that, we offered an O2O (offline to online) mobile application product, which make offline services available online. Our services include food delivery, instant delivery, nationwide parcel delivery, convenience store delivery and taxi hailing. 

My role is to lead LINE MAN Messenger (instant delivery) & Parcel (nationwide delivery) product and business, including the areas of strategy, business development, budgeting, operation, marketing and software development (mobile application). Our focus is to help social sellers (e-commerce sellers) and SMEs while ensuring aggressive growth in the highly competitive O2O market.

In this journey, we successfully reached multi-million MAU by driving 5x growth while significantly reducing cost.

At the time I joined aCommerce, we were a Series A start-up with an ambition to be the best e-commerce enabler in South-East Asia. And I was there to build a scalable shipping management platform to handle future workload.

My main responsibility is to set up product direction, lead UI design, manage product backlog and work with engineering teams to develop SmartShip, a cloud-based shipping management platform (web application), which is designed to handle 6 to 7 digit daily shipments and connect with 20+ logistic providers across SEA, with a smart logic to choose the best logistic provider based on different criteria, which could helps saving logistic cost by 20-30%. 

I also work along side with account managers and business development teams to empathize clients and come up with short-term solutions or product features that suite their needs.

Led quality management team and work closely with business owners, business analysts and engineers in core-insurance implementation project, a large project with 200 international team members.

Managed several IT projects, including software product development and IT implementation, to ensure operational excellence and support the growth of restaurant-chain business, which includes big brands like Dairy Queen, The Pizza Company and Sizzler.

Led the team to build QA automation test suite and to ensure the quality of e-commerce web development projects for European and American clients.

Worked as a part of engineering team to ensure the quality of the enterprise software products in data transformation & integration, linguistic analysis and text analysis (NLP) areas. 
My area of responsibilities includes test strategy creation, test automation development (mainly Java and Perl), performance testing, stress testing, sizing guideline creation, risk assessment and offshore team collaboration.
