I’m Theo Branco, founder and CEO of Composta+, a circular economy company I have been building for more than 8 years.

What started as an idea became a business serving over 1,300 recurring customers, generating more than R$6 million in annual revenue, employing 30 people, processing 700 tons of organic waste per month, and raising over R$5 million in funding along the way.

I’ve experienced the challenges most founders face: validating a business model, building a sales engine, hiring teams, managing cash flow, raising capital, and scaling operations.

Today, I enjoy helping entrepreneurs navigate those same challenges, sharing practical lessons learned from building a real business from the ground up. My mentoring style is hands-on, honest, and focused on turning strategy into execution.
