Theresa Zhu is a seasoned Product Design Lead with over 8 years of experience in high-tech, with a strong focus on fintech. Her work spans the full spectrum of consumer, B2B, and enterprise-to-enterprise (E2E) product experiences.
Currently at Netflix, she leads design for Content Planning within the Enterprise experience — shaping internal tools that support how world-class entertainment is planned, produced, and delivered behind the scenes.
Throughout her career, Theresa has led cross-functional teams through ambiguity — from shaping multi-year visions for global platforms to delivering thoughtful, scalable solutions that drive real impact. At PayPal, she led the agentic AI experience, empowering merchants to seamlessly integrate AI into their workflows. At Stripe, she led the design of a centralized account management experience for the company’s largest global merchants, enabling intuitive control across complex business structures. Her background also includes design leadership roles at Ampla and Capital One, where she worked across mobile banking, B2B payments, and enterprise tools.
