What mentees say

“Therése has an incredible ability to listen deeply and ask the right questions, making it feel like the insights were coming from within me. It was almost like speaking to a tech career psychologist (in the best way possible! ). She helped me understand where my skills fit and gave me a much clearer sense of direction.”
