Product designer and researcher with seven years in design (since 2019), the last five focused on product design and UX.
I have shipped at different scales: end-to-end user journeys at Wellhub as a Global Product Designer (~50 million users, 18 countries), a Brazilian Ministry of Education platform serving 14 million users (three years, Bridge Lab, UFSC), and the entire design function at Multidrop as Lead Product Designer (2024-2025), where activation grew from 25% to 50%.
I also research how AI is changing design work: my paper on AI-driven homogenization of interface design was published at AIMEDIA 2026 (IARIA), and I am writing a book on design careers in the AI era for Casa do Codigo, a Brazilian tech publisher. BSc in Computer Science (UFSC).
Mentoring is at the center of my work. I mentor 10+ designers 1:1 on career and portfolio, lead The AI Collective Florianopolis as Chapter Lead, help organize IxDA Florianopolis, and teach through Xikota Design, my education project. On ADPList I want to do the same for designers everywhere.
