Nobe is ending bureaucracy across the world starting with Latin America.

•Led the development of a new B2C product to enable freelancers in Mexico to deal with taxes in a new way, filling more than 10k taxes, with an NPS of 90+
•Led onboarding funnel analysis, finding gaps that led to more than 80% improvement in signup to paid conversion.
•Led a team of 10 people globally, reaching 200 customers with more than 50k ARR.

In my short time as a PM at Wise (I left when we got our first round for Nobe), I continued working on scaling our product in Brazil. We implemented a new flow for customers sending money to Brazil which reduced payment-related contacts by more than 60%.

Transferwise has a clear mission, Money without Borders. We do this by providing currency exchange at the lowest cost possible (eventually free) and as fast as possible (hopefully instant).

As a Product Analyst for the LATAM Team, my job is to make sure the LATAM team is making data-informed decisions combined with the input of our customers to make their lives easier. I, later on, acted as a Product Manager as well, helping us deliver great products to our customers.

This includes:
- Cost reduction through understanding the cost structure and making it more efficient
- Guarantee continued growth of our main routes

Some of my biggest accomplishments are:
- I built the foundation of how contacts should be attributed and looked at across Wise, removing all confusion of which PM is responsible for which contact.
- Built a Machine Learning model that classifies all contacts received by customers, making sure we understand these and improve our product.
- Delivered a new feature to verify customers' details on transfers, saving over 50k GBP per month for our customers

As a Business Analyst for the customer operations team, I was responsible for most of the metrics and results up to 6 months lifetime of our customers. This meant, onboarding, adoption and more. I led a few projects which resulted in:

- Positive margin for our implementation solutions
- More than 80% increase in product adoption

- Understand the best way to make work life better for employees
- Collaborative networks to understand the flow of information inside departments
