At Amazon Web Services (AWS), I have the privilege of developing internal tools for the Finance department that are employed across the organization to monitor and regulate all financial transactions. These tools play a critical role in AWS's robust financial infrastructure.

A key aspect of my role involves collaborating closely with leadership to deliver high-impact products that oversaw a substantial revenue stream of $62 billion in 2021 – a figure that's grown by 37% YoY. Our team's contributions empower AWS leadership by providing the necessary transparency and control over financial operations to continue successfully driving AWS forward.

Designed full feature mini-apps within the greater Backbone system. Among many other mini-apps, I was the lead designer on a Line Sheet app designed for apparel merchants to show and organize their product line. 
Working as a product designer we took the platform from a 1.0 version to a 2.0 version. While adding new features there were a number of clients live on the platform, which added additional complexity to the process
Working with key stakeholders I had to conceptualize, present, and gather feedback around full feature apps. This resulted in a 15M series A round of funding while I was with the company, adding to a client list that included Warby Parker, Outdoor Voices and Roark.

Define and drive the design of large-scale web app with companion apps in iOS and Android. Designing the end-to-end experience, from customer-facing products to internal systems and across multiple mediums. 
Designing for AI using conversational UI, natural language interaction and voice user interface design. Keeping micro interactions in mind to genuinely improve the user experience of an individual’s connected life, from connected health, smart retail, intelligent buildings, and improved safety.
