Hello, I'm Tiago Einloft, a seasoned UX Researcher who embarked on an unconventional journey from biology, culminating in a successful transition to UX Design and Research, leveraging my PhD in Plant Pathology along the way. I'm passionate about becoming a mentor to empower individuals transitioning into UX from diverse backgrounds, showcasing that age is no barrier to career transformation. Having benefited greatly from mentors throughout my own journey and having served as a mentor prior to my transition to UX, I am eager to pay it forward and provide invaluable guidance and support to aspiring UX designers and researchers.
