As a dynamic Director of Product Management, I have the privilege of overseeing a cross-functional team of 38 talented individuals, collectively shaping the vision and execution of our platform. My leadership spans several critical teams:
1. Strategy & Discovery Team:
Orchestrating the development of our overarching platform strategy, impacting over 1000 team members.
Managing crucial artifacts and routines that bridge the gap between strategy creation and execution. These include our annual roadshow, quarterly business review sessions, and CFO Binders.
2. User Research Team:
Championing customer-centricity through a dedicated team focused on voicing the needs and desires of our users.
Utilizing data-driven insights to influence the prioritization and direction of our platform, ensuring we consistently deliver value.

3. ResearchOps Team:
Driving efficiency and scalability across our areas through meticulous operationalization of key routines.
Enabling our teams to work seamlessly and effectively, maximizing our impact on the market.
4. Product Marketing:
Overseeing all communications efforts, ensuring alignment with our strategic narrative.
Generating essential artifacts that empower us to effectively communicate our message, fostering scalability and increasing our impact.
5. Product Design:
Ensuring an exceptional user experience through meticulous journey mapping and the delivery of innovative designs that drive us towards our goals.
