Hi, I’m Tianyu. I’ve spent the last decade doing UX research and product strategy in Big Tech and fast-moving startups. Most recently leading research at ZipRecruiter, with prior roles at Meta and Google. I have dual Master's in HCI and MBA (UCLA Anderson).

I’m a trained professional career coach (ICF-ACC) and have mentored hundreds of designers, researchers, and PMs, especially international talent navigating the U.S. tech market.
