I'm a highly experience Design Director currently at Nutanix (an enterprise software company). I started my career as a designer/researcher. Over my 35 year career, I've grown to lead/build many successful, even award winning teams, in a variety of markets (consumer, enterprise, tools, entertainment..) and environments (startups, large enterprises, and SMBs) including Apple, IBM, Cisco and several others. Key to these successes has been my ability to manage and blend together all UX skill sets (Interaction, visual, motion, ID, research, requirements gathering, UX writing, service design...) while establishing them as key decision makers in the product process on par with Enginering and Product Managment.
At this point in my career, I'm most interested in helping the next generations of designers, and design managers, succeed. I'm here to help if I can.
