Working across revenue functions, I enable teams adopt AI and new technologies through better workflows and processes, experimentation, scalable ways of working, and ultimately creating more seamless and enhanced experiences across all touchpoints.

Covering all the touch-points, I lead the company's marketing communication activities and visual brand strategy from these perspectives:

1. Refresh and further develop a well-established over-10-year-old brand with modernised approaches for scaling-up businesses across its international operations.

2. Optimise content marketing and campaign standards and all relevant design frameworks for high quality deliverables, stronger performances, and better creditability to position the company as an even more significant industry leader. 

3. Streamline and fine-tune the website and other online channels for more efficient marketing communication operations, including user experience optimisation and automation efforts.

As Marketinge Designer, I am mostly serving the purpose of marketing communication, brand awareness, corporate communication, product communication, partner communication, advertising, lead-generation... etc, from an editorial perspective.

Working with other marketing functions I produce external facing-materials (occasionally internal) including eBooks, case studies, marketing emails, newsletters, webpages, blog posts, social media materials, videos (interview and product demo video), and much more.

Besides, I am responsible for ensuring the company’s visual identity consistency by working closely with the product design team for product communication and with the people team for employer branding collaterals plus swags.

At Fin International, I look after several key clients in the finance and investment industry that need more support than only graphic design works.
 
Act beyond a design service provider supporting communication initiatives and marketing campaigns, I also help our clients from a brand consultancy perspective for both internal and external purposes, as well as employee and recruitment communications, brand proposition, and social media content to maxmise the values to the brands.

My role in Skanska AB is to maximise the value of the Skanska brand by supplying the best quality promotional items and strategic graphical collateral. 

I provide support to employees, both internal and external, such as the Global Management Meeting, Safety Week, Green Week, GDPR process and Almedalen. All the products are developed under the guidance reflecting the group’s values, direction and agenda throughout, such as sustainability, ethics, and health and safety, as well as a consistent brand look and feel.

On a daily basis, I handle most of the enquiries from various levels regarding the web shop, the stock, the newsletter and the content on different platforms in this field with a number of stakeholders, including our suppliers, the brand and marketing team, the content team, Digital Workplaces team, Sustainability, IT and Legal. By doing these, our employees are ensured and empowered to have the right tool to be Skanska’s ambassadors.

As a Creative Services Designer, I offer my design skills covering print and digital activities such as employee communication projects for HR and Health and Safety, online content and social media, industry and employee network events, industry-wide alliance initiatives, annual conferences and press materials.

Besides, I am deeply involved in commercial property development projects in the UK from a brand marketing communications post of view. From branding a building project to producing marketing collaterals, from presentations to hoardings.

My effort is to ensure that all the stakeholders have properly branded materials to boost their businesses.
