About Tingqiao Chen
Mixed-method UX researcher at Google
Hi, I'm Tingqiao. I transitioned from academia to UX research in 2020 and have since worked on a diverse range of products, including Chrome privacy technology, an AI-powered call center platform, Android OS and Pixel features, and Nest hardware. My experience spans different stages of the product development cycle. Having received invaluable support during my own transition into UX research, I'm eager to pay it forward. If you're a junior UX researcher or an academia researcher looking to make the leap into UX research, I'd be happy to share my insights and experiences.
