👋 Hey, I'm Toby.
I'm a co-founder of COLAB and Product Manager at Xero. I am currently working to drive the growth of product professionals through cohort-based learning with COLAB and lead product teams to tackle the complex world of product at Xero.
My experience and knowledge has been built in product roles across some of New Zealand’s top technology companies like Xero and Trade Me.
I currently lead a product team of six and provide product leadership to a cross-functional team of 40+ talented people at Xero.
