About Tom Crate

Creative Director at FutureDeluxe

I'm Tom, an award winning motion designer and director with more than 20 years experience of designing, animating, filming and editing stuff.

I believe the best way to make great work is to bring all of yourself - the good, the bad, the plain old weird. Design and motion is about much more than knowing software. I help colleagues and mentees uncover their best work and their best selves in the process.
