Began career at Microsoft as a Test Engineer, then Software Engineer and now Product Management, giving me a unique perspective on building products and developing careers.

Built and led an award-winning digital business providing end-to-end digital solutions across web development, digital marketing and app development. Expanded the business into conversion optimisation, combining technology, marketing and customer insight to help organisations improve digital performance.

Led operations and a team of developers and designers within a fast-growing web development company, overseeing project delivery, resourcing and day-to-day business operations. The company was recognised multiple times in the Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 50, ranking among Ireland's fastest-growing technology companies.
