👋 Hey, I’m Tomas. I’m a Product Design Leader who’s been in the game for 17+ years. Along the way, I’ve worked at startups, agencies, and global companies, building products, teams, and processes from scratch (and fixing a few broken ones too).

I mentor because I’ve been lucky. I had people in my corner early on. An open design community who helped me figure things out when I needed it most. This is my way of paying that back.

No topic is too small or too big. It’s completely free and open, and I’m happy to listen, share advice, or just be a sounding board. Whether you need a quick tip or a deeper conversation, let’s chat. • Professional Consultation (45 min): This session is designed for non-designers eager to gain insights into the design world. During our professional consultation, we will delve into the essential components of building and strengthening your design team. Whether you are on the verge of hiring your first designer or looking to enhance the capabilities of your current team, we will examine effective strategies to refine your design processes and align them seamlessly with your company’s vision. Our discussions will focus on practical approaches to elevate your design efforts, ensuring they not only meet immediate needs but also foster long-term growth. Drawing from my 17 years of experience in design, team & product building, scaling design operations, and talent acquisition, you will receive valuable insights that are tailored to your unique circumstances. My sessions always include concrete, actionable steps, you can take onboard.
