The design has always been my passion. I was never the kid who could draw, so I studied business and computer systems. Graphic and visual design followed as I was learning on my own since high school. In my early career, I worked with several world-class design agencies and various startups. I developed the ability to approach product problems from various perspectives, which turned out to be really helpful for me moving forward.
Next, I joined the 'corporate' world as a product designer and further built my skills in terms of thinking about users, and their problems and leveraging user research during the design process. My projects included influencing products for IT management software company Solarwinds and defining the UX vision for customer-facing security mogul AVG (acquired by Avast).
Today, I'm working on what I see as the ultimate challenge: to help people get jobs. I've been focused on this complex area for five years, partnering with talented and passionate colleagues from around the world.
