I’m an outcome-driven designer of human experiences for over 15 years. The last 10+ years, I've focused on the retail vertical at scale, leading, managing, and mentoring designers. Recently, I’ve explored a new vertical, and am learning more about Fintech. My passion is creating engaging experiences that exceed both business and usability objectives through Human-Centered Design (HCD), collaboration, generative research, and validation.
