Hi, I’m Tonia, a principal product designer who shapes product direction, raises the bar for craft, and helps teams move from ambiguity to meaningful outcomes.

Having lived in Singapore for 20 years and Silicon Valley for the past 3, I bring a global perspective shaped by both Eastern and Western design cultures. I create products that are pragmatic, valuable, and built to last—combining strategic product thinking, design systems leadership, and high-craft execution.

I turn complex problems into simple, scalable, and human experiences that people trust. I also support emerging designers in my community; mentoring them has given me fresh perspectives and taught me just as much in return.

I believe great design bridges complexity and clarity, making technology feel intuitive, trustworthy, and enriching.
