As Ozmo’s Director of Product Design, I lead strategy, mentor designers, and influence outcomes across our product suite.
My team collaborates cross-functionally to align on goals, validate with user research, and deliver thoughtful, impactful work.

I champion a collaborative, innovative culture built on trust—because software shouldn’t be boring. Creativity thrives in supportive environments, and I work to foster spaces where teams feel safe to experiment, explore, and create with purpose.

My team and I have successfully led 15+ Discovery-User Research investigations leading to more than 20 new features and capabilities including a more consolidated experience and simplified interface, improved app navigation, a Remote Video capability, Co-browsing capability, Troubleshooting, Data-driven and personalized content presentations, and more. During my time, we’ve seen a 300% increase in engagement with our Agent-users.

At Block.one, I built and led a design team focused on innovation in blockchain. We created user-friendly crypto wallets, exchanges, and social platforms.
I partnered with Engineering, Product, and Program teams, championing data-driven design, scalable systems, and a culture of learning.

My team and I successfully launched a social media app, woven into a blockchain development network. We researched and investigated spaces like identity and identity verification, moderation, in-app economies, discussions and more to round out a first-of-its-kind app on the blockchain.

At Exadel as the Director of UX, I led a Product Design team, partnering closely with Engineering on projects from concept-strategy to UX across native and enterprise apps.

I introduced a UX Engineer discipline, refined project estimation, introduced discovery and validation practices, and fostered a culture of learning.

In Denver I worked at an ad agency called Motive. At Motive I served as the creative lead on all digital projects and also got involved in all mediums of advertising, with clients such as Gatorade, Pepsi, Mtn Dew, Van's Foods, Amp and many more. I ensured all digital and Interactive projects were addressed in proper UX and IA fashion, building prototypes, plotting architectures and User Journeys and implementing modern best practices in Product and Web design to ensure usability.

Motive is heavy on the conceptual side, and I was constantly involved in pitch work, cranking out ideas. As with every former position, I've taken every opportunity to mentor and guide younger designers and Motive was no different.

As an occasional adjunct faculty of the School of the Visual Arts at Virginia Tech, I’ve taught both Design-focused students the merits of UX and Digital Design and also introduced User Experience Design concepts to non-design curriculum students.
