Co-founded online AI education company helping entrepreneurs build, launch, and market AI-powered applications and workflows that turn their services into products. Responsible for curriculum design, content strategy, community engagement, go-to-market strategy, and partner relationships.
Continuous discovery research on a live population of non-technical business owners for ground-level insight into AI adoption that most researchers are only beginning to study formally, including: observing where users get stuck, what language they use to describe confusion, and how mental models around AI form and break. 


Joined as Morgan Stanley's first UX researcher and built the research function from the ground up to a team of 20+ researchers. Establishing research operations and embedding research into the product development culture across Wealth Management's full suite of digital experiences.

Over six years, my team ran 100+ research projects annually across every Wealth Management line of business, informing digital products for both clients and wealth advisors. Research findings were presented regularly to C-suite and senior leadership, influencing roadmap decisions at the highest levels of the organization.

Built every pillar of a modern research practice (adhering to legal and regulatory compliance) from zero.

Transformed eSalon into a content destination and trusted industry authority. Multi-channel strategic direction and team leadership for corporate brand marketing, including digital and print content, social media, video production and PR. Key successes: blog overhaul, homepage redesign, production of pro tips video series.

Directed the vision and operations for the content strategy discipline at Huge. Evangelized content strategy across the organization and the industry at large. Served as team advocate and mentor. Created opportunities for growth and development of content strategists. Clients included Google, Nike Women, Morgan Stanley. Key successes: oversight for content strategy of Google Blog and Think with Google.

Directed the content strategy discipline for in-house agency. Key successes: increasing user testing and insights-driven decision making, Marketing Excellence award, launch and co-direction of thought leadership blog.

Led the Content Strategy discipline for the west coast, including advocacy for the department, contributing to the Razorfish Scatter/Gather blog, and oversight of direct reports, including contractors.  Key success: strategy and launch of Nike Women blog.

Founded multi-author blog dedicated to international fashion and style. Managed Twitter and Facebook campaigns, sourced talent, managed blogger relationships and editorial calendar, and developed advertising strategy.

As lead content strategist for comprehensive public site update, managed SEO strategy and optimization, content mapping, gap analysis, and voice guidelines.

Co-directed consultancy focused on product design, user experience, and content strategy. Key successes: Fast Company Innovation by Design awards finalist, publication in The Language of Content Strategy.

Led team of copywriters in the launch of the re-branded Bank of America Home Loans microsite. Assisted in the development of the complementary Bank of America Home Loan Guide. Wrote and edited voiceover scripts and coached voice talent in production.

Promoted from Copywriter position and grew a two-person copy team to a discipline of over 10 content professionals. Increased project volume by cross-training the content team for the California Region’s largest ($9M) account. Idea Lab winner. Two-time performance excellence award winner.
