Automattic is the company behind WordPress.com, WooCommerce, and Tumblr. As a key liaison between Automattic Design Leadership, Talent Management, and DesignOps, I am dedicated to enhancing the experience of Automattic designers throughout their journey, from recruitment to onboarding. My focus is on supporting our Design Leads in nurturing and growing our talented team, and during the years I have:

I've co-managed 80+ Designers, helping Netguru Design team grow and develop. I supported team leaders as well individual Digital Designers in both project and career growth. I also participated in multiple company strategic initiatives aimed to improve business, client consulting and operational excellence.

• Hiring 100 (reviewing 1000 + candidates) designers having bulletproof recruitment process to assess both hard skills and soft skills
• Migrating 80+ designers from Sketch to Figma optimising productivity and financial aspects;
• Creating career path and Skills matrix for 6 different design positions;
• Maintaining and updating extensive design processes to work with multiple clients and stakeholders;
• Introducing and exploring new design tools such Figma, Abstract, Webflow, Origami...;

Harimata is the first tablet-based technology that detects early signs of autism in children aged 3-6 through games. It makes diagnosis easily accessible by turning mobile devices (tablets & smartphones) into health monitors. I've been responsible for Branding, UI/UX Design, Web Design, User testing, and User research.

I covered a wide range of disciplines: Creative direction, Product design, UI and User experience design for both iOS and Android platforms.

I'm co-founder and UI/UX designer of Intersailclub, the most advanced platform for sail experience booking. I have been responsible for designing and art-directing event and exhibition spaces for various fairs and clients, including the Wine Institute of the Sicily Regional Government. My duties included graphic design, space and interior design, art direction, design printing and production, collaborating with various C-level stakeholders and creatives, and overseeing installation and space building.
