About Tova Soroka

UX & DesignOps Lead at Consultant

I am a Sr. DesignOps practitioner who has worked in a variety of industries - at the end of the day I love to design and implement process that empower employees to do their best work. I transitioned from working in outdoor education into Tech and would love to help others that come from "untraditional" backgrounds.

I have spent time working as in a number of different UX positions and think of myself as a generalist in design and research. I also have a background in operations, logistics, and management.

When I'm not at work, you will find me baking up a storm or enjoying the great outdoors.
