★ Co-founded the company, built the initial MVP, and hired engineering teams to subsequently develop the products.

★ Growth-hacked the app to 1 million users in only a few months after launch, with thousands of people hired through the platform.

★ Lumina is backed by prominent angels and global top VCs, such as Y Combinator, Goodwater Capital, Alpha JWC, Monk’s Hills Ventures, Xiaomi founder Shunwei Capital, Maudy Ayunda, decacorn C-levels, and unicorn founders.

★ GudangAda is Southeast Asia's biggest B2B marketplace with $135m+ raised from Sequoia Capital, Falcon Edge, and Asia Partners.

★ Led the development of GudangAda’s core technologies, received an “A+” grade, the highest possible rating, twice in a row in the 2020 & 2021 performance reviews while being the youngest Vice President in the company’s entire history.

★ Also acted as VP of products, led the PMs, and built product requirements for 10+ core features of the initial version of the platform.

★ Led a 30-person department of engineers, designers, data scientists, and product managers to build world-class products.

★ Initiated the team from scratch, set up engineering processes, and recruited the necessary team members in 6 months.

★ Co-designed an automated routing engine capable of orchestrating thousands of deliveries from hundreds of warehouses fast.

★ Led the launch and training of our in-house Transport Management System and an App for drivers to deliver 100k+ boxes of items daily.

★ Founding team & 1st engineer at B2B fresh produce startup (raised $10m+ from Accel Partners & Monk's Hill). I started as an engineer and then moved into leadership.

★ Scaled and managed three teams: 9-person routing team, 7-person delivery team, and 3-person data science team. Direct reports include senior engineers, team leads, product managers, and data scientists.

★ Improved delivery cost per drop by 80% within 6 months, saved $100,000/month while maintaining 95% delivery timeliness.

★ Set up and oversaw the hiring process across all engineering teams. Helped hire 30 full-time engineers and 40+ interns in 2.5 years.

★ Designed the leveling and performance review system, resulting in 100% post-probation retention rate among full-time engineers.

★ Contributed to STOQO’s product acquisition by spearheading pitches to numerous prospective acquirers. The products I built were successfully acquired by GudangAda for $xx million.

★ Built a 10-person transport engineering team and a 3-person data science team from scratch.

★ Led the development of an in-house Transport Management System and Driver App used by 300+ drivers handling thousands of daily deliveries.

★ Designed high-throughput low-latency geospatial service and dashboard used as the foundation of our supply chain, such as delivery routing, driver assignment, warehouse assignment, sales assignment, and location-based item pricing and availability.

★ Led the design and subsequent iterations of cutting-edge routing algorithms capable of efficiently routing thousands of deliveries across Jakarta in just a minute. Reduced manpower cost, hours of manual labor, and potential human errors.

★ Led the implementation of data warehouse and data analytics ecosystem (BigQuery, Airflow, Metabase, Superset) serving 2000+ monitoring dashboards.

★ Designed and implemented promotion, referral, and cashback features. 80%+ of all STOQO customers came from these features.

★ Led the development of STOQO Customer App, STOQO e-commerce website, and Customer Dashboard used by 50k+ customers.

★ Initiated and led the development of CRM and Sales App, used by 300+ salespeople to manage 50k+ customers. Saved $10,000+/month by replacing a 3rd party salesforce app subscription.

★ Developed Merchant Dashboard, Internal Ops Dashboard, and various platforms used by 250+ full-time employees at the company.

★ Set up code review systems, unit testing, engineering onboarding, and on-call procedures to support engineering team growth.

★ Promoted after working for a year to become the youngest head of department in the entire company.

★ Worked on Manhattan, Twitter’s in-house distributed data storage responsible for storing Twitter’s core data.

★ Built Manhattan Importer V2, a blazing fast program for importing large datasets into Manhattan to reduce importing time from the scale of several weeks into the scale of several hours.

★ Shipped core features and helped open-source Diffy (testing services without writing tests).

★ Conducted pilot tests of a new tool for three engineering teams across Twitter to optimize their testing workflows.

★ Developed new major features for Twitter’s regression testing tool to improve engineering productivity and system stability. 

★ Designed and implemented a solution to increase a testing tool’s ability to cover 200% more services across Twitter.

★ Silver Medalist, National High School Olympiad in Computer Science (Open OSN) - Jakarta, Indonesia (2012). 

★ Bronze Medalist, National High School Olympiad in Computer Science (OSN) - Jakarta, Indonesia (2012). 

★ Competed in algorithmic problem-solving at the school, city, and province level before landing a bronze medal at the national level.

★ Placed in the top 16 in the selection of candidates to represent Indonesia at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI).

★ Taught and coached high school students (100+ select students from 25+ schools over 2 years) who are going to compete in Indonesian & International Computer Science Olympiad/Competitive Programming Contests.

★ Many of my students won national & international medals.
