- Own and scale the core payment infrastructure across multiple countries. 
- Design and deliver multi-channel payment systems: e-wallets, bank transfers, credit cards, QR, POS...

- Market & Competitive Insights: Conduct research to identify opportunities, enhance product offerings, and drive innovation.
- Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Ensure IT compliance with internal requirements and government regulations while expanding partnerships with banks and merchants.
- Team Development & Process Optimization: Mentor PMs, refine workflows, and enhance operational efficiency without micromanaging.

- Work closely with the business department to gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Work with external partners to integrate new services for a product
- Coordinate with Regional Product & Engineering team to initiate, discuss, review, and sign-off new feature
- Act as a specialist for the product, do testing, troubleshooting issues, create SOP
- Work closely and give training to the other related teams when there is a new feature or product
- Work on administrative tasks of the product, maintain existing app products (product management)

- Manage the Product Report and solve the issues from each PO team members
- Manage Coaching Program for PO team, specially for new members

Product: Fintech Payment Services, Fintech eKYC 
-Participate in Product Design, including creating Persona, CJM, USM
-Create and update Release Plan/Sprint Goals/Prioritize Product Backlogs
-Work closely with stakeholders to negotiate and ensure Product Value and Increments
-Communicate with development team about Product Vision, Strategy, Roadmap, Release Plan and Product Backlogs
-Create the UAT and execute and feedback to the team
-Define and validate product KPI and monitor it

Short term Project, Customer Market: USA
- Played main roles in communication, clarified customer needs and the Project Requirements with the clients
- Transferred to the team and supported them to understand the requirement.
- Conducted the Requirement Meeting Sync-up every week, Requirement Workshop
- Coordinated to the UI/UX team to make sure the requirement correctly.
- Implemented the documenting, baseline requirement and managed the expectations from the clients

An exchange program sponsored by The Cabinet Office of Japan and ASEAN countries governments to promote Friendship and Cultural Understanding among respective regional youth. 

The program includes 10 days of Youth Summit, Homestay program, and Institutional Visit in Japan, 52 days on-board the Nippon Maru ship including 5 ASEAN country programs. Each year, the ship will have different Port of Call to have different homestay experience. SSEAYP 46th (2019) visits Vietnam, Singapore, Myanmar, and Malaysia. 

The main activities on the ship are Discussion and Presentation about 9 current social topics, Team building activities, Cultural exchange activities and Other voluntary activities organized by the participants.

Customer Market: USA or English-Speaking Countries
Responsibilities: 
+Main point of contact for everyday operations, requests, issues and escalations between Vietnam Team and US stakeholders/clients for assigned projects 
+Onsite to gather requirement from customers
+Collaborate across departments and teams in all software development phases to ensure all parties are aligned with the requirements of the project
+Engage and discuss on requirements gathering and analyzing with US stakeholders/clients 
+Develop user stories, requirements specifications and other necessary documentations
+Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure the business requirements are met
+Apply strong business analysis skills and user centrist mindset to bring out a user ­friendly and value­maximized product.

Assists Canada delegations and provides all the information related to the programme of the event, the venue, accommodation, transportation, access to the venue and other technical aspects.
