Design Lead at Techcombank (Vietnam), 9+ years in banking design - currently shaping E2E experiences across SME, Merchant, and Bancassurance. Previously 7 years at TPBank, including 3+ as Head of Product Design & UX, leading designers, researchers, and UX writers across retail and corporate digital banking.
My work sits where design meets strategy and governance. I helped found and run Techcombank's Design Council, an enterprise quality gate for customer journeys and service blueprints. I'm also excited about how AI is reshaping design.
