- Participate in building up TCB’s internal research knowledge and capacity through training and advocacy activities.
- Participate in standardization of design elements by building and maintaining effective design system across multiple products and services

- Defining UX strategy for in-car infotainment experience, with regards to safety regulations in both domestics and foreign markets.
- Aligning with developers and engineers to ensure effective implementation.
- Aligning with external vendors to facilitate addition design efforts for both HMI and companion apps.

- In charge of improving UX strategies of all online products.
- In charge of building Design System for all products.
- Participate in rebranding of Dichung JSC and all of its platforms.
- Provide supports in Dichung's marketing & communication efforts.
