KSX (Katerra Service Experience) Resource Mgmt Software Implementation (~100 global users across 8 different functions)

•As a business owner, conducted training for global CD team, created the content including zoom video lectures.

Enforced HIPAA compliance in all functional designs and configurations for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Project Costing, Cash and Asset Management modules. 
•Managed the delivery, work allocation, resource utilization and SLA compliance for all projects with HCR ManorCare.
•Designed and developed a custom project creation solution for a Cognizant Internal Project. Implemented multiple approval levels and automated routing eliminating manual forms and email approvals.
•Targeted continuous process improvement through de-customization and implementation of maintenance packs.
