I'm an engineer by education, and a designer by passion! With no formal education in design, and with strong strong blindness, I have been able to carve out a design career for myself, after spending 12 years as a full stack developer! What mentees say
“I had an outstanding experience with Tushar, who provided invaluable assistance with my resume and portfolio review. He motivated me throughout the process and demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, ensuring my resume is now scannable and impactful.”
“Tushar gave me very concrete examples and ways to improve my portfolio presentation, as well as tips for whiteboarding. He brings an energetic presence to the convo that is demonstrative of how I'd want to present myself in an interview. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for that small tweak that will make all the difference in their skills!”
“Tushar is one of those rare people who makes you feel like your questions actually matter. In under an hour, he shared his career journey, his design philosophy, and practical advice that I am still thinking about. His 3C to 1C framework alone was worth the whole conversation. If you are transitioning from tech into design, talk to him.”
