Hi, I’m Tyler! I'm a Principal UX Researcher at SAP, where I lead product research across a variety of enterprise applications. I was previously at IBM, where I led user research for diverse products, including enterprise hardware, firmware, operating systems, and software networking.

I also love public speaking! I recently presented a case study at UX India.
