Alcon Research, Ltd.
1. Digital cockpit and data mapping solutions in scope of service digital transformation, and my role, as key product designer:
— Thought through how the interface can scale to lay down the initial correct page layout. Since there are many roles and entities, a mistake at this stage would be fatal in the future.
— Interacted with a product owner, delivery manager, business analyst and heads of different departments to identify business and functional needs.
— Interacted with front-end, back-end developers and a solution architect. With front-ends established design review process, handed over mockups and facilitated ideation sessions to increase team engagement.
— Conducted usability audit and design review with front-end developers prior to release after handover of mockups and implementation.
— Led UX research process in scope of User Acceptance Testing for an enterprise project at Alcon that allowed to collect user insights and improve user experience.
— Presented and defended my solutions in front of stakeholders, BA and developers.
— Maintained and unified UI library and interacted with the clients Design System team.
— Designed security web applications according to Microsoft and MacOS guidelines.
— Created interactive prototypes for the entire interface and for individual features.
— Consulted for Tableau visual design.

2. B2B2C e-commerce system for Alcon Vision Care business
As a key designer on the project, I was responsible for:
— development and maintain a design language across the web store and ECP CRM;
— communication and collaboration with a marketing team (5 members) and project managers (2 members);
— design consistency and collaboration with a system design team from the Alcon side;
— information architecture, prototyping, UI design and design validation in any possible way (usability audit and guerrilla research).

Jabil Inc 
1. Quotation tool manages quotation process and data across various new/existing customers and businesses:
— provided a replacement of the existing offline quotation practice and data to the new system;
— analyzed business requirements for design purposes;
— I closely collaborated with business unit representatives and s product owner to idiate and validate user flows, wireframes, mockaps and prototypes;
— and successfully I presented solutions to the customer.
2. Multi-Language Framework (i18n):
— as a solo designer I redesigned existing system working in a product team with business analysts, language specialists and developers;
— conducted usability audit to find pain poits and drivers for further redesign.

VF Corporation (e-commerce for Timberland UK and Vans UK):
— Worked in an international distributed design team;
— Conducted migrations of the existing sites (Timberland UK and Vans UK) to the new platforms by auditing and updating the design systems for the websites;
— Designed scenarios to improve user interaction s and experience with the websites;
— Created wireframes based on business requirements to convert them to mockups with new designs.

EPAM Systems: Access (IAM), Admin Panel, Password Portal
— Worked with design system and created UI kits;
— Provided responsive web design in order to web pages look good on all devices;
— Worked as a key designer and in collaboration with Delivery manager, Dev and QA teams improved user experience to cover all users scenarios;
— Defined pain points by conducted desk research, user research and usability estimation and validated design decisions by conducting usability studies;
— Designed user flows and user journeys;
— Prototyped interfaces and warframes to check them for consistency and present design decisions to the team (lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes).

EPAM Systems: The Carbon footprint calculator
— Improved user interaction and experience with the website in collaboration with the designers and BA teams;
— Created user flows, prototypes and visual design;
— Took part in Demo sessions to show new design solutions;
— Checked project components and graphical elements for UI kit compliance;
— Onboarded new designers.

Pro bono project, which was dedicated to building an application for Mevis swimming schools. The team consisted of developers and designers, and I gathered business requirements to provide UX design (desk research, user flows, screenflows).

Projects:
1. Doctis CRM
It's the internal system for managing relationships with clients (patients), also with clinics and doctors connected to the telemedicine service, Doctis. It allows tracking insurance program data and client/patient actions, from appointments to doctor's reports and discounting.
2. The medical clinics "Mother and Child"
Mobile app and website for the "Mother and Child" clinics patients. The users can make an appointment to see a doctor;  see their electronic medical records and see their payments history; add their children to their profile; 
3. MDMG
It is the mobile app (iOS, Android) for "Mother and Child" clinics' doctors. It has features such as keeping the patient's electronic medical records, viewing doctors' schedules, looking at the history of patients' payments, charging the patients after the appointment, scheduling the patients' visits to the doctor;
4. Rodi.ru
It is the website for the rating of maternity hospitals, also including articles, forum. There are three types of users such as ordinary users, managers of maternity hospitals and the administrator.;
5. Doctis
Mobile app (iOS, Android) and the telemedicine web service for patient and doctors.

Activities: 
— Worked closely with project managers to identify user and business needs to focus on UX/UI perspective;
— Identified user needs and patterns through surveys, interviews and analysis of support requests;
— Created and supported the UI-kits of products and services together with the design team;
— Ensured visual quality and consistency of products.

Results:
— Carried out a digital transformation of the document flow — the creation and sending of letters of payment guarantee for the clinic services;
— Did practice of dark mode for Android and iOS mobile apps; 
— Developed user-friendly interfaces;
— Applied sets of guidelines, like the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.;
— Increased productivity of the call centre by improving the UX of the CRM system.

Carried out research (surveys, statistical data analysis and target audience), developed user scenarios and user interfaces, created UI components and their states, dealing with typography, color, composition,
and animation.
