About Ugo COPPOLA
Founding Product Manager at Opal
Hello everyone, I’m Ugo Coppola, Founding Product Manager at Opal, where we’re on a mission to help people focus better and build healthier relationships with technology. I split my time between Bordeaux and Paris in France, working with a small, ambitious team. I’m here to share what I’ve learned (and am still learning!) about building great products, scaling early-stage teams, managing people, and navigating the startup journey—from 0 to 1 and beyond. Fun fact: I’ve probably changed my screen time habits more than 10 times in the past year… it’s kind of part of the job... and I bake the best pizza in town Looking forward to connecting
