About Łukasz

AI Product Manager at Volvo Construction Equipment

I help people from any background go from using AI to building with it, without needing to become an engineer.

I know that path because I walked it: graphic design, UX, analytics, product ownership, product management. Today I am a Senior Data Product Manager at Volvo Construction Equipment, building data products that turn machine data into decisions. I also ship small features and fixes to a production app through code review, QA and release, using GitHub Copilot, and build my own tools with Claude in my spare time.

I can help you define how to build a working solution, from idea through QA to production, with AI vibe coding. I am on that path myself right now, building CarpAI, an AI fishing colleague for carp anglers.

What we can work on: Your first AI workflow, from a weekly task to something that runs with you Vibe coding without the chaos: steer the AI, keep changes small, review and test what it writes Estimating what an AI idea will really cost, and the simplest way to build it Moving into AI-native work from any background Mindset and consistency, which decides whether any of it sticks

What I have built and published (open source, MIT license): AI Cost Toolkit: a free quiz and a Claude Skill for estimating what an AI idea will cost before you build it A Claude Skill that turns a repo's git history into a milestone recap A keyboard-shortcut task app, vibe coded in about an hour All on my GitHub: github.com/Lukasz-baldyga-ai

Background: informatics engineering degree, AI Product Management certification (Product Faculty, 2026). Now taking 10xDevs 4.0, a course on AI-native development.

Honest scope: I am a product person who builds with AI, not an ML engineer. I do not train models. If your question is outside that, I will say so.

Any role, any background: bring one real problem and we will work on it together.

Outside work: father of two girls, carp angler, host of the Limitless & Inspire podcast (Spotify).

Sessions with Łukasz

  • Mentorship Mindset Session (30 min): General mentorship
  • Free intro: AI and product careers (30 min): Bring one real question. In the booking note, tell me which lane: AI workflows and vibe coding, moving into AI-native work from your current field, or mindset and consistency. I will read it beforehand and we will end with one concrete next step.
  • Mindset shift to make your life better. (45 min): Are you feeling stuck, uncertain, or lost in the whirlwind of life? Join me for an empowering coaching session designed to help you uncover your core values and define your life's purpose. This transformative experience will guide you through a journey of self-discovery, reflection, and actionable steps to align your life with what truly matters to you. What to Expect: 1. Interactive Exercises: Engage in thought activities that will help you identify your core values and passions. 2. Guided Reflection: Take time to reflect on your past experiences and how they shape you. 3. Purpose Mapping: Create a personalized map that outlines your purpose and the steps to achieve it. This session is perfect for anyone feeling stuck, seeking direction, or wanting to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Whether you're at a crossroads in your career, personal life, or simply looking for a deeper sense of purpose, these few sessions will provide the guidance and support you need.
  • Your first AI workflow (45 min): Pick one task you repeat every week. We turn it into a small, repeatable AI workflow, decide what the AI may and may not touch, and check its output against your own judgment. You leave with the workflow written down and a way to test it next week.
  • Vibe coding from idea to production (30 min): Bring an idea or a half-built prototype. We map the path from idea to a working solution in production when you build with AI: a one-page brief, the rules you set before the AI writes anything, the smallest first slice, a review (including a second AI model checking the first one's work), QA testing and a safe release. You leave with a one-page plan for your own project.
  • What will your AI idea cost? (30 min): Bring an AI idea. We run a short checklist together to find the simplest way to build it: one question to an AI model, an AI that looks things up in your documents, a direct link to a live system, or a full AI agent that works through steps on its own. Then we estimate roughly what it will cost to run, with the arithmetic shown. You leave with your answer and a first spending cap.
