I am a Social Impact Consultant, Programme Designer, and Learning & Development Practitioner with 5+ years of experience designing and delivering social impact programmes across Indonesia.

I started my first social project at 14, and that early experience shaped my commitment to helping people and organisations create meaningful, sustainable change. Today, I support organisations in translating social challenges into evidence-informed programmes through programme strategy, behaviour change, learning design, community engagement, and impact measurement.
