I have over eight years of experience building and scaling SaaS products, including five years as a full-stack software engineer before moving into operations, delivery and people leadership. I have led operations for a 50+ person venture, with ownership of processes, incident and escalation management, people leadership, and portfolio delivery. I served as the final point of escalation ahead of C-level executives, ensuring resolution of high-impact issues. I have been accountable for a project portfolio generating seven-figure onboarding revenue and for the O&M phase of all projects, delivering an additional seven-figure ARR.
