• Momentum Mentorship (60 min): To ensure consistent progress and maximize the impact of our mentorship journey, we will meet every two weeks over the next two months. These structured sessions will serve as checkpoints to track progress, address challenges, and plan the next steps effectively. Format of the Sessions Session 1: Goal setting and roadmap discussion. Session 2: Review progress, address blockers, refine strategies. Session 3: Midway assessment, deeper exploration of challenges, skill enhancement. Session 4: Final review, action plan for sustained progress beyond the mentorship.
