I work at an internal venture studio for Hardie Grant - HGX. My main focus is going from 0 -> 1 in new products and ventures. I'm also operational in our flagship venture, Halliday Wine Companion.

I do part time consulting for an agency founder. Helped him double agency size and implement processes and principles for scale. Successfully helped him negotiate a 50% sale of his business.

Helped bring to life the member association.

Launched South Africa's largest platform for creatives. Worked with brands like Estee Lauder, Mini, Nike, Pernod Ricard. Create business divisions around marketplaces, content studios, events.
