Plan, execute, and report user experience research with tangible findings with clear actionable recommendations
Conduct  research using qualitative methodologies to gather data, organize findings and frame problems and needs.
Synthesizing complex technologies and conceptualizing new experiences that allow Companies to get into Metaverse for improving employee experience.
Propose creative solutions to complex user experience journeys, drawing on your ability to map end-to-end experiences.

Work on highly complex problems with diverse scope, researching and/or designing new solutions to user experience challenges
Make user experience design recommendations grounded in customer insights based on research results, field research, usability sessions etc.
Create high level and/or detailed wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts
Design with accessibility and inclusivity in mind.

Help to define and drive the UX strategy and roadmap for creating a dynamic website.
Use business requirements, customer and other research findings to create user-centered designs, scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to create useful, usable, and desirable user experiences and interfaces.
Create wireframes, site maps, workflows, personas, feature lists, etc. to describe the user experience.
Plan, recruit for, and run moderated and unmoderated testing, evaluate and document findings, and help teams decide how to respond to the results.

Perform user research including external interviews, contextual inquiry, shadowing, and other research activities.
Bring product managers and other business stakeholders to greater customer understanding by involving them in research activities and internally publicizing the results.
Assist designers and product managers in engaging with Customer Advisory Boards and evaluating the feedback thereof.
Evaluate existing workflows and user journeys to help determine where improvements are needed, using research tools such as summative testing, expert evaluation, shadowing, and the like.

Planning and conducting research using appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods to express the customer problem, understand the business context and measure the success of our products.
Teaming up with engineers to find the best solutions to our customers’ problems.
Explaining your design rationale and goals to engineers, product strategy, technical product management and others.
Sketch concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to find, explore, and test innovative solutions to problems.
Conduct user research and testing to gain a better understanding of user needs and to test solutions.
