About shilpadesigns@gmail.com

Senior Staff Product Designer at 1Password

I'm a Principal UX Designer and Design Leader with 20+ years of experience shaping AI/ML, cloud, robotics, consumer tech, and enterprise SaaS products at Amazon, Bosch, McAfee, Nokia, and OnMobile. At Amazon, I lead UX for AI/ML, Agentic AI and Generative AI across Amazon Bedrock, Amazon CloudWatch, and Amazon Q. Previously at AWS, I drove end-to-end product design for marquee AI/ML services including DeepRacer, Textract, Rekognition, Lookout for Vision, and DeepLens—all focused on democratizing machine learning for developers and enterprises. I excel in ambiguity—crafting product vision, aligning cross-functional partners, shaping strategy, and transforming complexity into elegant, scalable systems.

I’d love to help professionals growing in their role and people changing careers. We can work on reviewing a portfolio or resume and practicing for interviews. Bring your questions, and we’ll find a practical next step together.
