As a Senior Customer Experience Designer and highly empathic and creative team player I am aiming for customer oriented processes, methods and data-based decisions.
And I love to share that passion through coaching and I am an experiences Designthinking Coach and LEGO Serious Play Facilitator. I have the courage to try new things and dare to make brave decisions for the purpose of innovation.
Also being a dedicated cyclist I´m an endurance specialist - mentally and physically. So here I can provide good advice when it comes to motivation issues.
