Successfully partnered with non-technical business users to develop and implement a new JumpMind POS solution in conjunction with Adyen, a cutting-edge payment gateway. This collaborative effort transformed the store experience by:
a) Enhancing mobile-first capabilities: Enabling seamless and flexible in-store transactions across various devices.
b) Reducing reliance on traditional registers: Streamlining operations and optimizing store footprint.
Improving customer experience: Providing faster, more convenient, and personalized service.

Successfully implemented, maintained, and supported a range of technology solutions and software packages to streamline business processes and drive operational efficiencies within a retail environment.

Key accomplishments include:
a) Partnering with non-technical business users to develop and execute technical work plans and projects.
b) Identifying and implementing process improvements through the effective utilization of technology.
Ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of critical retail systems.

As a senior ORSS resource, I was responsible for analyzing requirements for new projects, conducting impact analyses, providing feasibility and effort estimates for customizations, and mentoring development team members.  My role also included providing techno-functional support for ORPOS, ORBO, ORCO, and ORSIM to end users.

As an Oracle 360 Commerce POS Consultant at Zensar, I was responsible for developing and promoting ORPOS competency, including delivering technical training.  My duties encompassed requirements analysis for new projects, impact analysis, creating high-level and low-level design documents, and mentoring development team members.  I also provided techno-functional support for ORPOS, ORBO, and ORCO to end users, and resolved issues identified during testing and in production.

At Infogain, I held the position of Oracle 360 Commerce POS Developer.  My responsibilities included analyzing requirements for new projects and conducting impact analyses, developing high-level and low-level design documents, and creating and implementing proofs of concept.  I provided functional support for ORPOS, ORBO, and ORCO to end users, and performed unit and system integration testing on developed code.  I also resolved issues identified during testing, packaged developed components for production deployment, and provided post-production support until project stabilization, including resolving reported production issues.

During my traineeship, I gained experience in the retail industry and its operations, and developed proficiency in two Point-of-Sale applications: Extenda and Oracle 360 Commerce.  My responsibilities included requirements analysis, developing proofs of concept, and performing unit and system integration testing on developed code.
