•	Improved Home Internet Service CX with +6% ARPU increase via new features and offers for users. Continuously striving to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service.
•	Enhanced iOS App UX with +1.2% engagement increase by integrating Home Internet Services in Megafon's main app.
•	Increased retention of other products with a +17% increase in total.
•	Created a system for customer's inquiries for managers, optimizing team efficiency with three distinct roles.
•	Introduced a flexible Home Internet installation service, reducing misunderstandings with technicians and decreasing such cases by 73%.

Designed and developed enhanced features for a telecom company's user profiles, including a user-friendly interface to display big data outputs such as call logs, reports, and detailed call history. Also created a new version of the personal account's Google Chrome extension to provide a more seamless experience for clients.

As a product designer, I was responsible for conducting analytics, researching user needs, and crafting the user experience through writing and design.
