Leading Product and Engineering teams to deliver innovative and simple solutions for complex business problems is all I love and do. I am an Engineer who understands the business well enough to have created and run three startups from scratch.
I created my first startup as a Co-founder/CTO to enable digital payments in Offline space in India. We scaled it to half a million customers. Over 13 years, I have led cross-functional and cross-cultural teams globally to solve complex problems in Digital Payments, SME & Consumer Lending, Digital KYC, Fraud identification and prevention, recommendation systems, etc.
Currently, I head the Supply-side fraud prevention efforts for Booking.com, where I lead the Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations teams of ICs and people managers.
