Fulfillment is the core piece of orchestration that talks to all backend services in Flipkart's supply chain world, directing each system when and what to do. From selection of the most optimal warehouse to finalizing the most optimal logistics provider, we are the entire supply chain's core resource planning system. Our main aim is to reduce over/under-bookings and deliver the product on or before the promised date in the most optimal way.

Currently working on the back-end processing of enormous amounts of data for the yahoo autos vertical using technologies such as Hadoop and Pig on the grid.

Mobile value-added-services with a Lucene search engine in the backend. End-to-end product development in J2EE(Spring) for mobjobs, Boot-strapped android product (mosho) and eventually owned it.

Started career here and worked on KOL management system for fortune-500 medical companies, work involved both front-end and back-end, technically worked mainly on Spring, Hibernate and Lucene/Solr. Eventually in the course of two years, I ended up working with most of the related J2EE technologies like Flex/Webservices/jBPM/Oracle etc.
