* Lead end-to-end design initiatives for healthcare and telehealth products, covering acquisition, intake, checkout, treatment education, and ongoing care. 
* Translate patient needs, behavioral data, business goals, and operational requirements into actionable product opportunities through qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, surveys, user interviews, and behavioral analysis with PostHog and Microsoft Clarity.
* Combine UX research, analytics, creative strategy, and AI-assisted workflows, to accelerate exploration, prototype ideas, validate assumptions, and support data-informed decisions.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and healthcare stakeholders to improve both the patient experience and business performance. 
* Design accessible user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, UX content, and responsive experiences in Figma, simplifying complex healthcare and purchasing journeys.

At Globant, I led full-cycle recruitment for complex IT roles, combining market research, talent mapping, recruiting data, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders to build effective hiring strategies. I focused on creating an empathetic and efficient candidate experience while acting as a strategic partner to the business. During this time, I also began my transition into UX, receiving internal training and leading a self-directed design project from research and wireframing to a functional Figma prototype aimed at improving internal communication workflows.
