About valentino baptista
Head of Product Design at IADE
Hello, I'm Valentino, and my passion lies in design! I consider myself a storyteller who prefers cutting through the noise and getting straight to the point with simple words. My objective is not to make others feel stupid and dumb, as I felt before as a student. I thrive on Layman's terms, concentrating on what truly matters and exchanging poetry for real-life examples and applications.
With a wealth of experience as a seasoned product designer and design leader, I specialize in guiding teams through UX research, strategy, and UI design within intricate ecosystems.
My commitment to design goes beyond crafting beautiful products and powerful user experiences; I'm devoted to systematizing design processes, fostering product strategy, and sharing knowledge with others.
Recently, I've been channeling more of my time into sharing knowledge, whether through writing or public speaking at design events.
